I traveled to the gorgeous location of Cape Gloucester just north of Airlie Beach to capture Mikayla & Aaron become Mr & Mrs!! 😍 I first had this cute couple in front of my lens for their engagement shoot at Alva Beach and it was such a fun and relaxed afternoon with them and when they told me of their wedding location, I knew they wished for their special day to be the same!

Capturing bridal prep with Mikayla and her bride tribe was fun and also had a slight element of danger as a popped champagne cork flew straight at me as you can see in the images below! I have quick reflexes so no one was hurt in the making of those images! 😛

The ceremony was a gorgeous setup with an arbor on the beach overlooking the ocean and with Aaron & Mikayla barefoot which was a great touch! Aaron being a mad keen fisherman was distracted at one point of the boat that passed close by heading out for a day of fishing! 😊 It was such a fun ceremony filled with laughter and kisses of course. After group and family photos we headed further down the dirt road to an awesome open location on the beach with large boulders and an amazing view of the sunset for location photos with the bridal party! So glad I scouted out the day before and found this great location! 👌 Such a fun bridal party and we had some laughs and captured some great shots and I love the silhouettes we got of all the bridal party and Mikayla & Aaron dancing on the rock on sunset! 😍

Back to the resort for live music, great food, cold drinks, funny speeches and just an all round great night had by all!! 👌
